Non-Returnable Items
- Opened ink cartridges that have been used
- Paper that has been removed from packaging and used
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance — No Returns"
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Software or downloadable products
How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@printinkpaper.store with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the box
- Ship the item using the prepaid label (if provided) or your preferred carrier
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Refund Processing Times
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after return received
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after return received
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon receipt of return
- Afterpay/Klarna: Per their respective refund policies
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange free return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
